Another woodpecker shot I managed to get while shooting the Osprey shots.

I was out shooting some Osprey this morning when I saw these two woodpeckers flying around they landed and stayed for about 1 to 1 1/2 seconds and flew off. It was a quick shot but I did manage to get a photo of them.

Stocksy, an artist-owned stock photo service, launches

"Bruce Livingstone, founder of iStockphoto (which has since been acquired by Getty Images), has launched Stocksy, an artist-owned stock photography co-operative. Under its licensing terms, photographers receive 50% of each royalty transaction. Each photographer also receives equity and is entitled to a share of the co-operative's annual profits." Sunset at the marina in Long Beach, Mississippi

These are a couple of Osprey shots I got with my D90 and 70-300VR lens this week.

 Found this pair of Osprey today, I wonder if they have picked this tree out to build their nest. will check back in the future and see.

Found a flock of Ceder Waxwings last weekend.

Seen this Eagle on the back bay today. Didn't get a great shot but I don't see them very often so I took what I could get.
