I shot the Blue Heron today at the end of the pier on the beach in Ocean Springs.

Nikon D7000, Nikon 70-200VR lens with 2x teleconverter, shot hand held.

    Great detail in those feathers. Looks like you got fairly close, even with the 200mm x 1.5 reach.
